Empowering values-driven leaders with clarity, confidence, and people-centered strategies that leave a lasting impact.
Hi, I’m Vivian Okeke, a mother, a faith-driven entrepreneur, and the Founder & CEO of ProSupport HR Partners. I help small business owners build workplaces that are fair, organized, and true to their values.
Before I ever wrote a policy or built a business, I was a daughter. My father taught me that the people who work with you deserve the same respect as your family. “You don’t treat them differently, they’re the reason we eat,” he’d say. That truth stayed with me.
And now, it’s the heartbeat of how I show up in business.
Today, I support business owners who want to lead well, care deeply, and build something that lasts, without getting overwhelmed by policies or second-guessing what’s right.
I’m also the founder of Cliff’s Pride, a foundation created in memory of my father, Clifford Okeke. Through Cliff’s Pride, I’m committed to giving back, especially to children who deserve joy, dignity, and the chance to dream big. It’s my way of planting seeds of hope and honoring the legacy of the man who taught me to lead with love and fairness.
Whether I’m building a business, leading a team, or growing a foundation—everything I create is rooted in three core values: faith, family, and purpose. Those values aren’t just words to me—they’re the framework for how I live and lead.
Vivian Okeke is a speaker who blends heart, strategy, and faith. Her sessions are honest, practical, and inspiring; built to move people into action with clarity and purpose.
Whether you’re planning a conference, retreat, panel, or virtual session, Vivian speaks with real-world insight and compassion that resonates deeply.

A world where values-driven leadership transforms small businesses and communities.
Beneath the Cornerstone invites readers behind the scenes of real businesses, not the highlight reels, but the honest, everyday challenges that many entrepreneurs face. From managing team conflict and navigating burnout to setting up better systems for hiring, onboarding, and accountability, this book doesn’t offer quick fixes. It offers something deeper: clarity, structure, and stories you’ll see yourself in.
Using the examples of several small business owners as case studies, Ms. Okeke highlights common errors that can face small and medium scale business owners in multiple countries.
Solutions to issues like staff conflict, compliance problems and the numerous approaches to merging technology in the traditional workplace are addressed in the book.
Furthermore, the book contains practical illustrations to guide not only the company that has a set in stone HR department, but also the newly created startup looking to improve their people management systems whilst being on a budget.
The end of the book also has worksheets and appendices to help aid diverse workplace scenarios such as ethical complaints, onboarding and workplace inclusion amongst others.
I didn’t write Beneath the Cornerstone to prove a point, I wrote it to share a truth. A quiet truth I’ve learned through personal loss, lifelong observations, and the privilege of walking alongside business owners doing their best with what they know.
This book comes from a place shaped by love and resilience. I’ve seen good people burn out, not because their business idea failed, but because the people holding it
together weren’t seen, heard, or supported. I wanted to write something
honest—something that feels like a conversation with a trusted friend who says, “You’re not alone, and there’s a better way.”
If this book helps someone feel a little less overwhelmed, a little clearer, and a lot more
grounded in how they lead; I’ve done what I set out to do. Because behind every great
business is something deeper than a strategy. It’s the people… It always has been and will always be.
Overall, Beneath The Cornerstone is not just for business owners.
It is for everyone.

Cliff’s Pride is my personal way of honoring the life and love of my father, Clifford Chukwuka Okeke. It’s not an organization built on donations; it’s a labor of love. A quiet mission to bring joy, dignity, and hope to children in ways that reflect his values and the heart he raised me with.
Planted in love. Growing in legacy.
I have been loved so long ago
by a man so strong and bold.
My tiny hands he held
as we strolled slowly down the road.
He told me stories that are old—
but then, those stories were his own.
He left this world though yet unknown,
but the seeds he planted someday will grow
to make his name worldwide be known.
Oh what a day it shall be to behold,
the smile on the face of this man
so strong and bold.
— Vivian, age 16
If you feel moved to walk alongside me in this, you’re welcome. But even if you don’t, I hope you leave this page reminded: love, when planted well, grows forever. Planted in love. Growing in legacy.
